RE: Furnace Issue
Flame sensors rods can get a film covering them from not so clean propane and switching from one propane dealer to the next regularly or going back and forth from propane to butane. Not saying the propane is dirty or bad just there may be additives is some of it. I have had the same problem on an RV furnace and my home furnace when we switched from propane to natural gas. I pulled the flame sensor out of both units and used emery cloth to clean the rods up and no more issues.

RE: Left blinker does not work when the running lights are on
I am assuming when you say running lights are not connected the blinker works you mean the lights are turned off and the plug is still plugged in.
If the blinker on the trailer works correctly with running lights off and does not work with the running lights on there is a short between the running lights and the Left turn signal. On an older trailer first place I would look is in/at the light fixture, next would be at the trailer 7 pin connecter.

RE: Solar panel and battery noise
I would not get a 10 amp controller. That is maxing out with a 120 watt panel. The panels can put out more than
rated on a good day. It will work your controller into an early death. I would get a 30 amp just in case you want to add another panel.

RE: Extra storage on the tongue.
instead of plugging the vents on top maybe drill a couple of small drain holes in the bottom of the box. That way you still get the advantage of the vent. I put 2 1/4 holes in mine and no water.

RE: Best Fridge Type
May want to consider a residential fridge that would fit in the space. The area already has a 120-volt outlet there that you could change the power source to an inverter. If you all your time in shore power or generator a inverter and a good battery will carry you between hook ups. Fridge will be much cheaper, and you will not have to run a heavy gauge wire for a 12-volt unit.
I have a 120 unit in my cabin that runs off an inverter, battery and solar, have had propane in campers for years and just got a camper with a 12 volt. The new camper has 2 group 31 batteries charged by 2 190-watt solar panels anthe fridge has been running in the driveway for 6 days now.
In your case I would probably put in a propane unit. No changing wiring or running new stuff. Just install and go.

RE: Heated mat?
Was in Home Depot
yesterday and saw heated mats. They were by the floor coverings, made to go under the flooring. Different sizes with thermostats.

RE: Heated mat?
Looking at it seems to me that 122 degrees would be too
hot to lay on the floor. Could discolor the vinyl flooring or even worse cause a fire. I have found heating mats made for indoor flooring. Can be put under carpet tile or other flooring. Not as hot. Just search under carpet heating mat.
